14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unused and in the same condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, or tags that came with the product.

Items Not Eligible for Returns
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Label the Package: Clearly label the package with the provided label.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

What is your shipping policy?
Since we’re a small 2-woman team, at this time orders are shipped within 1 week of placing the order. Please pay attention to individual product pages, and some items may have a lead time associated with production and sourcing.

We ship all packages with USPS registered mail.
